Images displaying on wrong post

Hi

I have recently had issues with my images on my main page showing images which are not related to the post.

For example, yesterday I posted this post:
https://fionaonthego.wordpress.com/2013/07/20/gravel-rash/
which now appears on my home page: https://fionaonthego.wordpress.com without a photo despite there being 4 photos in the post.

Today I posted:
https://fionaonthego.wordpress.com/2013/07/22/through-the-eyes-of-another-woman/
and on my homepage it appears with a photo from yesterdays post!!

I can not see or think why this is happening. Can any one help me solve this mystery please.
