Images do not import

    Images stopped getting imported from my FB events. I was able to track down the error that the function donload_url() returns: “cURL error 7: Failed to connect to 2a03:2880:f016:14:face:b00c:0:3: Cannot assign requested address”. When are you planning to fix this? Thanks.

    Can you please check port number “443” is open on your server. this type of issue happen because of a port is close.Image import issue is more relevant to server’s configuration. can you please contact your hosting provider they will surely help with the same.

    That’s not the reason. I checked the port 443 – it is open. Also, the images were being imported without problems until some time this week. This is a shared server, the ports don’t open or close randomly here.

    The image URL come in the response from FB comes in the following form: https://scontent.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t31.0-8/q81/s720x720/24313346_1951490051759594_7079443727506767124_o.jpg?oh=0619dd6370d0a1eab423baae2a408fa2&oe=5AD67BF7. If you try to supply it as an argument to download_url() – you will see the same error I’m seeing. I’m pretty sure this happens in any server.

    Sorry for issue, well we can say something related to server only as image download working fine with our other customers. Please let us know event ID or link which you are trying to import.

    Do you have issue with single event import or all event you are importing having such issue. Please provide more information so we can help you.
