Hi @maxfed, could you email me? Easing Slider “Lite” looks to be working fine on your site.

Riva Slider “Pro” has video support, but Easing Slider does not. If you need support with Riva Slider “Pro”, email me [email protected] and I’ll help you from there ?? This isn’t the place to be doing support for Riva Slider “Pro” ??

My slideshow does not advance can anyone help? https://caribsoultrek.com

Hey @mango, replied to your email just a moment ago. Have a look, should fix the issue ??

I’m having the continuous loading problem as well with Riva Slider. I’m pretty sure it’s a plugin conflict but can’t isolate which one it is. Response to disabling and reenabling seems inconsistent. My site is https://www.facilitatoru.com. Please advise.

    Best,
    Steve

I am fairly new to WP, but have used this plugin on other sites without issue (great plugin by the way). IE9 is not loading my slider. I’ve tried just about everything, but with no luck. Any help would be much appreciated. Here’s the link: https://multiscope1.com.previewdns.com/wordpress/test-page/

    THANKS!

Hi @davissm, unfortunately Riva Slider/Easing Slider Pro issues are dealt with on these forums. Use the support form on the website found here for assistance. Also, have a look at the blog post here for information on upgrading to the latest version of the plugin.

Hi @smithdesignworx, have you tried disabling all the other plugins you have active besides Easing Slider? jQuery is being loaded twice on your site which is bad practice and may be causing issues – this can be caused by badly coded plugins that aren’t following correct WordPress procedures when it comes to loading scripts such as jQuery.

Thanks for such a quick response!
I did try deactivating the other plugins in use and commenting out some script that I found in my header, however, neither worked. The slider seems to want to load when you first go onto IE (the loading circle appears), but then stops there.

Hi @smithdesignworx – could you post this in a separate topic? Happy to deal with this there ??

    Hi there,

I updated the theme of my site, and the easing slider was working fine. Deleted and uploaded new photos. Slider stopped working. Only white background.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

Hi @svenschelwach, slideshow appears to be working fine for me. Have you fixed the issue?

    Hi,

I figured out that I have to define a width for the slider to show up, but I wanted to have it reach over the entire page, independent from the browser window size (responsive).

If I select over 1600px width though, the pagination icons switch out of the image, and it messes up the format of my site…

Again, if you can provide me with a linked example of the issue I’ll take a quick look for you ??

you can check the issue on taomina.com

the slider is set to 1800 x 600

the pagination shows up below the slider

The first issue I see occurring is that your theme has incorrectly loaded jQuery. Did you purchase this theme? Regardless, I’d get in contact immediately with the developer and have them rectify this. It’s pretty much the biggest mistake any theme/plugin developer can make, and it will break any jQuery-dependant functionality (such as Easing Slider).

Have a look at my blog post on loading jQuery correctly here. You can point them to it for reference ??

Few things to debug here, so probably a good idea to try and post your own topic to deal with this ?? You can do this by scrolling to the bottom of this page ??
