Images do not load on mobile

Can you talk to the people who gave you this theme?

Hi! I can’t see the product images aren’t displaying on my laptop either!

This might be a theme issue as it’s outputting blank image tags with no URL

You might be best off speaking to the theme developers!

thanks for the feedback. Funny that you do not see the pictures on laptop. What browser do you use?
And yes, I will contact the Kallyas people as well!
Any other people with thoughts on this?

when I use this link, my mobile phone does display the images, so it isn’t the file that is causing the problem…

That’s strange, I’m using Chrome & firefox on Mac OS.

It looks like the url of the images aren’t coming through in the HTML which means that the browser won’t be able to find the image.

Can you see it on your desktop?

Tested this as well and I couldn’t load the images on my machine (PC, Windows 7, Chrome & Firefox).

It appears that the images are being uploaded successfully (as per your link in the previous post). However, if you look at the source code, the image is not being displayed – the src attribute in the img tag is blank i.e.

<span class="zn_image_box_cont alignright"><img src="" width="" height="" alt="Luier- / Reistas" title="luiertas" /></span>

It would be good to see how these images are being generated in the theme. This is where the issue seems to lie.

Hi Rhys, thanks for the extra effort. I do not really understand how I should solve this, but it certainly helps me to understand the problem better. If you have any suggestions I would be really thankful,when I find it out myself I will definitely post it here.
