Images does not work

The images does not show up in Mailchimp but works here as you can see

https://www.airlinestaffrates.com/feed/I tried with this plugin – RSS Featured Image and with that plugin I can see the images but there is no option to resize them so I will not use the plugin.
Why doesn’t it work with your plugin? Thanks.
