Hello. I’ve active the plugin, set the settings, but page’s image or video’s image doesn’t show. I can see only the titles, but i cannot make the thumbnails to work.

Can i get any help please, Mosterd3d?
I really want to use the thumbnails…

My page’s posters are taken from content.

    Check picture:

Could be this the reason and how can we make it to work?

    Hi there,

The plugin works with the ‘featured image’ not with inline media or what other alternative (eg. other plugins) you use for it. Check out this WP codex to enable and or use featured images in your site.

Please let me know if this answer satisfies you!

I see. I will wait for update where you can chose how the thumbnails to be taken – first image of content, inline media, featured image and etc… more options, better plugin!

Well then I need to disappoint you, that update will never come (soon)! I’m sorry, but I can’t take into account every wish of (ab)using WordPress. This is the correct way of implementation and is used in 99% of all cases (checkout the reviews).

I close this ticket. Thanks for (hopefully still) using my plugin and I appreciate your dedication to try to improve the plugin! If you are still using my plugin, don’t be shy to leave a reply and keep in mind that we all build/maintain plugins for free and in our spare time!

Thanks for your answer. After all, alot of plugins have this option and it’s good to have more options. Still, i will wait for that update.

    Dear @qnkov,

Thanks for your review! After nineteen in a row of five stars, it hurts to get four!

So for you I updated the plugin to version 3.3. If you enabled the thumbnail in the widget, and the post doesn’t has a featured image, it does automatically check if the postcontent contains an image after.

If you can life with this update, please revised your review! Even better would be to donate something, but that’s up to you ??

Thanks for your update. I’ve edited my review and i hope you understand that option like that is really good, not only for me. Thanks again.

The only problem is that the thumbnail size is all the same, despite the change to medium, large and etc in widget.

I would have donate for sure if my salary wasn’t 350 euro/month.

That problem should be fixed as well in V3.4

No worries about to donation, it’s in the word and I just love perfection!

    Good luck with the plugin!

And……don’t forget me when you win the lottery in the future ??

Thanks again. Indeed if the bulgarian’s government decide one day to look on us like human beings and give us better life, i will donate. Or the lottery, but it’s mafia there too. But i won’t give up.
