Images Don’t Appear

For a few months now, I’ve used this plugin to add hover effects to images on my site.
When I first started using it, there were absolutely no problems. I used it on SVGs and PNGs that I uploaded to my media library. But a couple weeks ago, all the images just stopped appearing.
Now when I upload an image regardless of file type or size, this is what happens. I can’t figure out why this doesn’t work anymore. It’s updated to the newest version. I haven’t seen anyone comment online about any problems like this.
The only other factor I can think of is that maybe one of my other plugins is interfering. I rely on all the plugins, so I really hope this isn’t the case. Does anyone think they could help?

Inspect right below “recent work” and you can see the image hover effects is there, but nothing shows up. This happens regardless of what image I use. If I try to use it on a completely blank page the same thing happens.
