Images don’t change when selecting variants

    I have some clothing products in my Shopify store that have variations. For example Color (Black, White, Yellow) and Size (S, M, L).

    In Shopify, everything works fine, but when I import the products to my Woocommerce store, the images don’t change accordingly when I select the variation.

    For example, when I select the variation “Black”, the image should change, but it doesn’t.

    All images are correctly downloaded, but it seems like the plugin fails to link the variation to the corresponding image.

    Hi,

    What if you select “black” in Color, and a variation in Size, then change other colors. can the images be changed accordingly?

    As you can see, I think that the problem is that the variations IDs don’t have preselected values. It just says “Any”.

    The issue is that the plugin can not set correct attributes for variations.
    Which version are you using?
    Do you see any error in the plugin’s log file or in the debug.log file of your site?

    I’m using Version 1.1.3.5

    I checked the plugin’s log file and the debug.log file from the site and I don’t see any errors.

    I can send you my WordPress credentials if you want to investigate. I really need to make it work.

    I think that I have found the bug. In Shopify, when the attributes are in Chinese, the plugin fails to set the correct attributes for variations.

    For example, if the attributes are 颜色 and 尺寸 (Color and Size), the plugin fails. When I translate it to English, the import is successful and the variations images change accordingly.

    All the products in my Shopify store are in Chinese because I import these products from Chinese sites.

    If you can fix this, I will really appreciate it.
