Images dont optimize when upload and dont optimize on click

    Hello,

    I’ve installed Imagify for my client and the mass optimization worked well. But when my client is uploading images, they don’t optimize automatically. Even if I want to click on “optimize” in the media, the process is starting but after a while there is still the button to “optimize”.

    Can you help?

    Hi,

    I’ve checked it and sill dont work. The images are not optimizing when I click on optimize and dont optimize when we upload it. The bulk optimization worked at the very first beginning.

    Can you please help us? We have a Pro Version and paying for this plugin.
