• Hi team,

    After syncing the products from Printful to my WooCommerce the featured image still remains with the default from WooCommerce. Also the products are imported with the “Inactive” status.

    Troubleshooting already applied

    • Changed the API manually from both sides (WooCommerce/Printful)
    • Deactivated my theme and activated Twenty Two Theme
    • Deactivated all the another plugins
    • Isn’t active a cache system/plugin
    • WordPress, WooCommerce and Printful with the latests versions.
