Images doubling up

Hi, I’ve been using this plugin for a little while now and have created a testimonials page on my site where I’m currently running the plugin on, like a blog style with each testimonial starting with an thumbnail image to the left and text to the right. All was well until this evening when I edited a few existing testimonials and then all of a sudden every image on each testimonial started showing up as double, i.e. two thumbnails side by side (on the left) pushing all the text over to the right. I’ve played around with it and can’t seem to figure out what is happening. Does anyone have any ideas of what could possibly be causing this behavior and maybe a way to fix it?
