Images failing to upload

  • Hi, I can’t’ get any images to upload to my site. I’ve tried disabling plugins which made no difference. Updated wordpress to 4.9. I’ve tried uploading via the app on my phone/ipad and through the wordpress site on desk top. I’ve tried carious photos though they are all the same jpegs and spec as I’ve been able to load previously. I’ve also tried uploading to the media library and straight to the post. Contacted my theme who advised its not them (it was working fine for months with them before). I’m at a loss as to why they won’t upload?

  • This happens to me intermittently. In my case it is a theme issue. I have to switch to a default 20-something theme, upload images, then switch back. So, that is probably worth a try.

    Sadly that’s not working and Pipdig who created the theme are advising it isn’t the theme
