image’s file name bases on “post title”

i need the images to have the name of the “title of the post”, i saw this https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/media-file-renamer/ but i dont want to subscribe to pro version so here i am asking for other solution
im using this watermark plugin, hope it doesnt conflict: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/easy-watermark/
