Images for Old Posts

I have installed this plugin and am really excited to see how it works. I have my blog set up on Bloglovin’, and the plugin is activated, but my featured images are not showing up. Is there a time lag for the RSS to update? I also tested the RSS through a reader (NetNewsWire) to see if images showed up there, and nothing. Any suggestions? My blog is creatricemondial.com
