Images from Themes not appearing

    Hi all,

    Can anyone help ? No matter which wordpress theme I activate the images do not appear on my website. I am new to wordpress so can anyone offer a solution ? I am using the latest version of wordpress, 4.4.2 and I have deactivated all the plugins but still no luck.

    Hi John,
    So you never saw the images or they were working before and then at some point they were gone?
    Make sure the URLs of the images are configured correctly. Do a test and upload an image – go to Add Media – then upload it on a page and see if it appears. Keep in mind, if this is a new site you will have to configure the pages. In other words, often WordPress themes come with prebuilt stuff, but in reality they look different when you install them.

    Hello John,

    there is no image configured in your site. Could you share a page with images not loading?

    ok, I didn’t realise the page would look different. thanks

    i’m not really sure what the issue is but when I click on ‘customize’ the page just shows a timer against a grey background but never loads up ?
