Images full size after update.

I always post images into my blogs so that they only take up a portion of the text area and have the text wrap around it. After the last update, all my images are full size even though I have not indicated them to be. Please, please, please tell me I don’t have to go back and change them all one at a time. Any way to fix this quickly?

For instance, these images were once much smaller and positioned within the text.
