• Hi,

I got some advice about some plugins that could help speed up my site, so I went on a plugin adding binge. I can’t be sure which plugin did it since I wasn’t checking my site every time I added a new one, but all of the main pictures don’t appear on the site. They are on script pages but not on the visual. Any way to find where the problem is? https://www.speakmiami.com

    Thanks

  • Disable all the plugins you added, then enable one at a time and check to see which causes the issue.

I already did that, with the new and old plugins. It didn’t work. Maybe I did something else in the process? Changed a simple setting? (I also ended up with an additional contact form in the footer – although this is a less urgent issue, if like to get rid of that as well. ) thanks

Looks like you may have done something that had an effect on the template.

Go to the theme’s settings, and make sure all is as it should be. Sometimes, you may need to check in the editor, to see if any plugins changed anything that did not get undone when disable them.

Hmm, I’m not really sure how it all should be. I did it all a while ago and a lot of it was by cutting and pasting codes from forums like these. I didnt really know what I was doing, but although slow, it looked presentable. Now whatever I did create another problem. 1. slider and main page pictures are gone, 2. a contact form appeared in the footer. 3. A video appeared at the bottom.
