Images gone after backup restoration (updraft plus ))

    Hello updraftplus backup plugin helpers out there. lately i have being having probems with my website .Days ago i did some changes on my website but things went really wrong so i tried restoring whole website from previous backup which is stored on google drive . . It never worked . Half of the images disappeared. It’s a mess on my website now . From Navigation images to Products images half gone . . i don’t know but looks like the lost ones (images ) might still be on the server. Tried so many times to get back my recent site but things are really getting worse . yesterday when i tried another restoration , it said “”upload error””
    Tried again this morning only to find out the “”database backup”” is missing .
    How can the database backup be missing ? Worst is my website is reaally a mess now . half of the images are gone . how can i get all images back .

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
    You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

    I have the same problem. Can I send a log file to you to look at? I can’t see how to do this separately. I am quite new to wordpress so an idiots guide would help

    hello. I have the same problem. I have some problems on my website then I reset my hosting and recover my updraft backup. my fully backup recovered but my all images on hiding, no anyone image is showing in my site. all the images getting crush. how to fix this… please if anyone has an idea. please share with me.
