Hi there, bad news for me! I’ve installed the plugin without reading the instructions and run a sync. Result is all the media/images from my server’s wp-content/uploads folder is gone.

Please help me sort this issue.

I also have couple of more question (instructions to use the plugin rather):
    1. How to backup the uploads folder or media library before running the sync tool for the first time?
    2. How to run the sync tool automatically without having it deleting my images while syncing?

    Please help. Regards.

    1. Simply copy the wp-content/uploads folder to a different location.
    2. Sync. If the images are gone use the backup and sync again.
    3. If the sync is not sucessful and you can provide a test system where I can reproduce the problem please let me know.
the problem is that this only happens in one of 1000 installs and I cannot reproduce it.
