Images have disappeared and can’t upload

    I can no longer see any of the images in a gallery which I created and which previously worked.

    When I go to edit the gallery, I can’t see any of the images that were uploaded to it, nor can I add any more.

    I tried to create a new gallery in order to start from scratch but nothing happens when I click on either ‘Upload Image files’ or ‘Select from library’.

    I haven’t bought the plugin yet as I am just testing it out. Please advise!

  • Hi @enomen,

    It’s most likely an incompatibility with the theme or another plugin.
    Can you please install this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ ?
    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only Modula and see if the same issue happens with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty for example) and no other plugins.
