i’ll try to describe: in Elementor, when i click on an existing image in an existing webpage, the filebird “Insert Media” galley opens. but there’s 800+ images, with the newest first. i need ONLY to see the existing image i just clicked on in Elementor (to determine file-name, size, dimensions and possibly, what folder it’s in :/).

the existing image may be old or there may be two versions of it, so i need to see the specific image’s home (it’s location, path or folder).
i’m using filebird free version; will filebird pro take me to the exact pic in it’s folder?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @usc333 ,

Thanks for writing to us today!

Could you please record a short screencast to show exactly how the issue looks like?

Also, can you do a simple test by deactivating FileBird temporarily, then check if the issue persist?

    Regards,

not sure how to upload an image off my local; i created 2 pics that tells the story

pic 1: in Elementor, i click on an existing image, then Edit Image opens [left margin], then click “Choose Image”.
pic 2: Insert Media box is open; i have a gallery of 800+ images with the newest uploaded pic first; there’s no information under Attachment Details [right margin].

    Hi @usc333 ,

Are you using the PRO-version or the free-version of FileBird?

Because only the PRO-version works with 3rd-party plugins like Elementor.

You can learn about the differences here:

    Hi @usc333 ,

Sorry, but since I do not have a visual access to the setup you are talking about, for how to click on a file and have it take you to that file.

So I do not know if that would work with FileBird or not.

However, I could promise you that if it works as you described when FileBird is deactivated, then it would work when FileBird is activated, and if it does not, then our dev team will check and fix that.

Lastly, in general, again only the PRO-version works with 3rd-party builders like Elementor (where you are able to see the folder trees when uploading images or other files).

    Hope that clarifies.

    Regards,
    Bruce
