  • Hi @roland1968

Did these issues start after updating the plugin to the latest version(version 1.9.53)? If so, kindly follow this guide to try and solve this issue: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/after-update-plugin-is-not-working-2/

However, if the issues still persist, kindly take a couple of screenshots of the areas with the issue and share them, together with your gallery page’s URL link, with us.

Lastly, while on the FooGallery Edit gallery page of that particular gallery, kindly open the DevTools console and observe if there are any JavaScript errors.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.

    Hi,
    thanks for your reply.

I have cleared all caches. Yes, the problem is after update to the latest version 1.9.53

I like to send screenshots to you. Which email address can i use?

    Thanksand best regards,
    Roland

    Hi @roland1968

You can just take screenshots, upload them to an online server and share the link with us here.

Alternatively, you can use one of the many free web apps and extensions such as Lightshot Screenshot (https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html) used for taking screenshots and sharing them. You can then send us the link.

Thanks in advance for sharing the screenshots with us.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.

    Thanks @roland1968

So the gallery is showing correctly in the frontend, but when editing the gallery it is showing greyed out images. When editing the gallery, can you right click the page and inspect, then look in DevTools console to see if there are any errors showing?

    Hi @roland1968

Thanks for sharing the screenshot of the errors with us.

I have analyzed the errors being displayed on the console and I’ve noted that there is another plugin that may be in conflict with FooGallery, and is generating errors that are causing this issue for you. On further analysis, I’ve realized that the plugin most likely is the Essential Grid Gallery WordPress Plugin.

Could you kindly disable the plugin and observe if the issue is resolved or still persists? If the issue stops happening then it was being caused by the errors created by the Essential Grid Gallery WordPress Plugin.

Kindly try this and let us know how it goes.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.
