Images in editor won′t transfer

Hello,

if a user create a ticket, it is possible to copy & paste a Image into the text field (editor).

But the pasted Image, won′t Show in the ticket eMails. Theres just a “X” as placeholder for it.

For me it Looks like the eMails will send as text-eMails instead of HTML or RTF.

Cann you tell me something about it?
