We use the post notifications to generate a weekly newsletter. However, images are not displaying when served from our www domain (ie https://www.domain.com) but do serve correctly from the naked version (ie https://domain.com). For manually added images we can work around this by changing the image URL to the naked version – however, we cant do this for automated post content and also social icons. Is there a way to do this or could MailPoet include a feature allowing a setting to support the use of the naked domain rather than WordPress URL?

    Hi @sacfc,

    Thanks for contacting us.

Based on our code, we use home_url() from the WordPress Settings to determine the root of the URLs. If that is incorrect, the links will be incorrect too.

You’d need to check your Permalinks and your WordPress Settings to see if they are properly set up.

Please check what is the Site Address (URL) and the WordPress Address (URL) in WordPress > Settings > General.

And also confirm you have a redirection from https://www.domain.com to https://domain.com.
