Images in latte file not working

I tried to replace the blog name in the header of the email to our logo. If I view source on the email, I see that the image path breaks and so I can’t see the image. The code is pretty simple. How do I stop this from happening?

I have also seen this happen to images in the post from time to time but can’t figure the pattern that causes it.
