Ya, that’s not acceptable.

The image you have upload is 300×450 :

Solution, use bigger images for your grid.

Thanks! I always thought that the default grid size was too large – is there any way to change it?

Probably – but it’s a theme setting, so you can ask in their support group :

Isn’t Elementor baked into that theme ?
Just create a new 3 column layout in your Section.

Or,
– Duplicate your current homepage to a new page called Home 3 Cols
– edit the Home 3 Cols page any way you wish
– go to Settings –> General and change the home page setting from whatever it is now to Home 3 Cols
