images in thumbnails not showing in product grid

Hi there
I hope someone can help me. I am having problems with images not showing in the product grid I use. It works fine on the other shop pages I created before, and I have been comparing the new ones to the ones that do work and cannot spot anything that seems to be different. The product grid I use is from essential addons, and like I say it works fine for the other shop pages. I have looked at my site from my mobile and the images show with no problems, but they do not show on my pc.
Also I tried signing out of wordpress and looking at the site and still no thumbnail images.Many regards

I checked your site and can confirm the product images contain errors and are not displayed as you can see here:

Link to image: https://i.imgur.com/1337yjg.pngThis could be due to several reasons, including an invalid format for the image file extension – https://wordpress.com/support/accepted-filetypes/#images or a caching plugin like the SiteGround CachePress plugin which looks enabled on your site. I’d suggest you upload a new image in the Media Library , copy its URL to clipboard and open a new browser window to make sure the image is displayed and have no errors. This is to rule out there is an issue with the image file itself.
