check your print-dialogue settings from your browser, do you have the box checked to print images?

We are unable to recreate this issue on our end. The link you posted is printing the images just fine on our end in both Chrome and Safari.

    Which version of Print-O-Matic?
    Which version of Chrome?
    Which version of Safari?
    Mac or PC?

Also, is the image just not showing up in the print-dialogue screen? If you hit cancel, does the image then appear in the print-only page on screen? If so, this would be due to your server taking a long time to load up the image.

Thank you for the answer and sorry for duplication – by any reason I could not see my posts here and I thought that they were not published.

You are right – when I hit cancel, the image appear in the print-only page. But are you sure that this is because of our server? It’s very strange because we use VPS/VDS and it works usually very fast and without overload (the page with this image loads less then 1 second, and the weight of the image is only 20 Kb). Also why is it always ok in others browsers (in Chrome sometimes it loads, sometimes not, in Safari it never loads), and when you tested it on uor site you had no problems?

Maybe this is because we use WPMU? Or any other ideas?

    Versions:
    Google Chrome 36.0.1985.143 m Win7
    Safari 7.0.6 (9537.78.2) MAC OSX 10.9.4

Print-Pro-Matic allows you to define an HTML element, such as img, and if it is detected, pause for a defined amount of milliseconds before printing. Normally this is used for iframes, or other content that must load externally. We have not heard of images having this problem in the past.

Again, we are not experiencing this issue on your page. You might want to test on other computers / browsers / internet connections to see if it’s just something happening locally to you.

Thank you for the advice, I’ll read about Print-Pro-Matic and will take a decision.
