Images limit for plan not working

Thank you for your kind words about our plugin – I’m glad you’re enjoying it!

I tried to reproduce this issue on a test site, but could not. I always get a message that either there are no image slots available or if there is no fee plan chosen, it requires me to choose one before adding images.

What WordPress theme are you using? I’d like to try to reproduce the issue on our end. Also, had you confirmed the fee plan by saving your choice of fee plan before adding the images? If you had chosen another plan that allowed images first, that may be the issue here.

Yes, I saved the free plan and also I tried installing a clean version of the plugin in another wordpress and I have the same problem.
In the original test I use Divi and in the second test I tried Storefront and Twenty Twenty-Three

In all cases the free plan of 0 images allows me to upload several images.

Extra info, I’m using the latest version of the plugin and wordpress.

Thanks for trying that. I’m using TwentyTwentyThree on the test site and it’s still not allowing me to add images.

If you have ruled out a conflict with other plugins, we would like to troubleshoot this issue with you further.
