• NextGen says that it uploaded the images successfully to Gallery1. But when I go to Manage Galleries… I see Gallery1 has 0 images.

    When I “Scan folder for new images” …it displays the following error:

    Directory: c:\users\myname\documents\wamp\www\wordpress\C:\users\myname\documents\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-content\gallery\2013-show doesn’t exist!

    @leslie: A few thoughts.

    First, are there two issues above? That is, if you upload images normally, you get 0 images in the gallery? And when you use the scan folder, you get the error message?
    I’m assuming that’s the case.

    For the image upload, we fixed a few cause of similar issues for other users and included those fixes in our latest informal release here:

    If your comfortably with manual updates, you can try updating and see if the issue is resolved. I suspect it will be. If you’re not comfortable with manual updates, those fixes will be in the next official full release, probably around Monday next week.

    The folder scanning error, by contrast, is new and not something we’ve seen yet. It may be fixed by the image uploading fixes. I’d normally ask if you could submit login credentials, but it looks like you may be on a local server? If so, that one may be hard to troubleshoot since we can’t duplicate it or see it.
