If you see some bodies (there are more products, but this is the easiest to find) from my site, they lose resolution in the catalog, but when you click and access the single product page, they come back in the right quality.

Note: All images for products I send 800×800 because it suits me well.

Note2: The box in the photo is 243×243.

Note3: I don’t use any kind of plugin that optimizes images

    Thumbnail size = 130×130

    (X) Cut the thumbnail to exact dimensions.

    Medium size: 500×500

    Large size: 800×800

Although in the past I used the average size of 243×243, then I did the thumbnail generation to see if it “solved”, but it remained the same, would you know why?

Print the media settings if you need to: https://prnt.sc/y0oh1v

    Hi @makobaby01

We have some documentation on various ways to resolve image resolution issues here. Can I ask you to please give that a shot? If you’re unable to resolve with the suggestions there, please do let us know. ??

I had already done the processes, so I reviewed things, there was a 1pixel from 243px to 242px to automatically generate thumbnails as the theme says, but even so it remains blurred, but when accessing the product page the quality is very good

Print the settings in the theme: https://prnt.sc/yfqo7t

Thanks for providing those links and screenshots.

Interestingly, the images look much clearer on my screen than yours do on your screenshots.

Which browser are you using? I’m using Chrome on a MacBook Pro.

I tested on chrome and Edge, both with windows 7.

I tested on chrome with windows 10, the photo has a better resolution, not equal to your screen, but it’s acceptable.

So why on my (Windows 7) does not appear correctly? Even after CTRL + F5 and cleaning

That’s pretty old operating system, so I suppose that could be related. I found this thread on Microsoft’s support forum that offers a few suggestions.

As this computer belongs to my company, I am not authorized to make this update, as it takes time (because of the computer it is not one of the best).

But thank you very much for the help, since it is so not my computer I am relieved.

I checked about the installation of silverlight, it is no longer compatible with chrome or edge, so do not notice the installation, but even so, I am grateful, so you can close the topic, and thank you again.
