    Dear Sirs,

after I changed my hosting provider (in November 2023) I noticed several images missing in my whole blog in a random way and accessing from random GEO sources. This happens only if the Jetpack Site Accelerator is turned on.

As already suggested in other support posts, I’ve checked that my https://peppe8o.com/xmlrpc.php answers correctly.

To continue my troubleshooting, I would ask you if you have connection problems to my xmlrpc.php from any IP address, to warn my hosting provider. Its support already answered me that they whitelisted the Jetpack IP addresses.

If there aren’t any connection problems, I would ask you to clear your cache for the following files:

    https://i0.wp.com/peppe8o.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Raspberry-pi-moodle-wizard-check-requirements.jpg

In this way we can check if the problem remains only on some cache files.

    Many thank in advance,

    Hi @peppe8o,

Thank you for patiently waiting for our response.

I checked your site and I can see the Jetpack connection is stable and couldn’t find any missing or not displayed images. Can you please let me know if the issue is fixed now?

Yes, it has been fixed by my hosting provider. I don’t know if there’s an automated way to find if any images are still missing in my blog (there are hundreds of images). Any help in this way would be really appreciated.

Many thanks, you can close this ticket.

    Hi @peppe8o,

It’s great to know that your hosting provider fixed the issue. As for identifying missing images in your blog, unfortunately, there isn’t a straightforward automated method I’m aware of.

Since the main problem has been addressed, I’ll go ahead and mark this issue as resolved.

    Cheers!
