Images Missing after Migration – And Can't add new ones

    Hi, I don’t have access to the old server anymore. The site came across fine at first it seemed, but then I realized all the images were gone. Which isn’t a big deal. There’s only a few, but when I try to upload new images of any size it errors with “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” There is nothing to be seen in the media gallery. When I go to my FTP and go to wp-content/uploads/2016/08 it seems that there are images in that folder, but wordpress won’t let me upload any and I can’t see the old ones. Not sure what happened. Any suggestions? I have other sites on this same exact server with no problems when dealing with media. Thanks!!!

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    Could you make sure that you have set permissions on wp-content/uploads to 775 recursively?

    Yes, I actually found an article with a few tips and that was one of them. The uploads is at 775.

    Same problem here. After migration, the media library is blank and can’t add new images ??
