Images no cropping on upload

    Hey
    my images no longer crop (top) when I upload a new product.
    if I go into the image details after upload and hit the regenerate button they crop to the top as they are set to. (they currently display ok on the front end as I have been regenerating manually)

    I assume this may be a plugin or theme conflict, so was wondering if any of these may be suspect plugins to look into further;

    Hi Craig,

    This looks to me like one of the plugins is not allowing the proper handle of media on upload. I will take a look and get back to you when I have more details.

    What core version and what WooCommerce version do you run? I know that WooCommerce is making its own image processing, perhaps go to my plugin settings and check the option to disable the WooCommerce thumbnails processing, so that it does not override the files in the background. Let me know if that changes something.

    thanks, i am running current versions of WP and woo.

    I wanted to say to go to my plugin settings and disable the WooCommerce thumbnail generation. That option should be at the bottom of the settings page.

    still not working.

    if i disable the woo thumbnail in the IRSC plugin settings the others set to crop-top still crop center

    I understand. I will test some more to see if I can replicate the issue on my environment and I will let you know as soon as I have updates.

    I was able to replicate the issue. I will implement a fix for this specific issue with the WooCommerce integration and will let you know when this is ready.
