Support is a bit slow here and I’ve had some issues myself recently
solved most of them by just tweaking it, so I know my way around a bit by now.
Please do note: I am not support.. but I want to help out..
so please don’t blame me if things do go wrong at your end ??
But I do have some tips for you:
* Black boxes mostly indicate there is no featured images added to the post.
So do make sure you add a featured image to every post you make.
this image is used for the frontpage and other places where there is a newsfeed with an image..
