Images not appearing when published

    I have the free version of Astra and Spectra installed, but if I publish my front page, the images do not show up. The galleries created with short codes are fine, but the galleries created with spectra do not. If I switch to preview mode, the images are fine.

    What could be causing this problem?

    I see errors on the browser console. Mixed Content error. Refer to this screenshot, please. This doc might help you.

    Anyway, if the doc above doesn’t help, since this more related to Spectra plugin rather than Astra, please start a new thread on?Spectra forum?and mark this one as?Resolved.

    I tried using the suggested plugin, and even rolled back to the previous version of Spectra, but it looks worse than before.

    Any ideas?

    Hi, it was a long process, but eventually I ended up cleaning caches repeatedly, and had to deactivate the plugin from my host, which is siteground. I think spectra doesn’t like having jetpack and siteground optimizer active at the same time. I deactivated all the plugins and found the optimizer was the culprit. Good luck!

    Thanks @nubiesan – this just happened to one of my websites, and found the same thing. I disabled siteground optimizer and images returned. Did have one bit of difference in that I had to re-enable the siteground optimizer plugin for a moment to activate clearing cache on the site itself and then disabled again. Once images were going I enabled the remaining plugins (had disabled in troubleshooting) all working, and enabled siteground optimizer again – and everything seems to still be working.
