Images not attching to post

    After finish uploading the images are not attaching to the post. After uploading, I press save all changes and the the pages goes blank. It used to show all the pictures again and a link to insert the gallery, but it doesn’t. If I check the media, it shows the images have been uploaded but are not attached to any post.

    The problem started after I automatically upgraded to 2.9.1. I have try manually upgrading, but still doesn’t work.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    I have tried re uploading the folder, but have not tried the rest, will do.

    – Resseting plugins folder. It was already reset.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress didn’t work.

    Is it possible to go back to 2.9?

    Have you checked your uploads file path in Admin/Settings/Miscellaneous?
