images not behaving

I tried a test post with images:
https://abroad-abroad.org/wordpress/index.php/2005/08/07/vintage-toys-and-comics/For some reason the justified and align-left images have borders but the centered ones don’t. I edited the post to re-align one and the border magically appeared.
I’ve poured over my CSS and just can’t get this. Any help would be awesome.
