Images not being shared correctly between sites

  • Hello,

    My client is having recurring issues with images and text not being shared correctly with network sites using Broadcast. I have included their description of the issues below.

    Clients notes:

    I created a post on TV Edmonton about Atlas Growers. Shared it to TV Red Deer and Agriculture.

    On Red Deer, it picked up a thumbnail from a story I posted to Edmonton earlier today. There was also a photo inside the story – on Red Deer it picked up a photo from a past story about Atlas.

    On Agriculture, it picked up the correct Thumbnail. It did not pick up anything for the photo that was inside the story.

    What are our first steps in addressing these issues?

    It depends how the images are references in the page.

    Are they in shortcodes? Elementor widgets? Gutenberg image blocks?

    The best way to show me this, would be to enable Broadcast debug mode, broadcast the post and then send me the debug file or link to the debug file.

    Thanks for the prompt reply. I have enabled debugging and have asked our client to let me know when the issues occur again. When they do, I will send you the logs.

    ps: it would help if you only sent me the log file containing the post with the problem, not the whole log (which could be several hundred mbs large).

    Therefore my asking to broadcast the problem post directly after enabling debugging.

    Anyways, my e-mail awaits a log file.
