Images not displayed

I’m testing out this plugin just like the video shows. I’m using the buddypress theme and when i go to view any of my listings the featured images that i set for them are not displayed. how can i fix this?
I tried finding more information on your site https://beprosoftware.com/ but it seems to be down.
