    Hi,

We recently update your free version to 2.1.23. Immediately after doing all images on our website are shown broken/not displayed.
Even our automated backup shows that the backup is incomplete as it is unable to backup NexGen app.

We have gone through solutions on this forum and have tried all possible solutions presented here, including deactivating each plugin. However we haven’t yet been able to find a solution.

Is there any solution to this. Is there any method by which we could roll back the update to previous one.

@https://www.ads-software.com/support/profile/jeyporebikers – There are a great many errors showing in the browser console for your site with many of the broken images referenced as being in your uploads folder (which NextGEN Gallery does not use by default).

If your back-ups were not complete (as in not including NextGEN Gallery) there may not be any feasible roll-back process you can use as the necessary NextGEN Gallery details may not be available causing even further issues on the site.

Although you may have checked for conflicts with other active plugins, there are some plugins which if used (such as database optimizers set too aggressively) which will break a site and often times cause irreparable damages to the NextGEN Gallery database entries … but, again, the predominant issues I am seeing on your site’s landing page is that it appears your /uploads/ folder may be missing?!

    Thank You Cais.

We were able to solve the issue with uploads and the site is up and running.

We would look for any other issues and start using your app.

    Thanks once again.
