Images not displaying and videos not playing

    I am using WordPress with the Focus (premium) theme but whenever I upload images, I do not get a thumbnail in the media library and they do not display in my posts. I can edit them (they are 1024×576) but this doesn’t seem to make any difference. This is the site:

    As you can see (or more accurately cannot see) the images which I have uploaded do not appear and the videos wont play. The videos are hosted locally and I uploaded them using the “add from server” plugin.

    Any suggestions?
