    Hi @melanie71 and @edxd,

Thank you for contacting us! Most commonly this type of issue is related to either a CSS conflict or is related to the size of the container or column where you have added the shortcode for your feed.

@melanie71, I checked the feed on https://staging.rapidwebsites.com.au/village/ and it appears the problem is related to the width of the Elementor shortcode widget where the Instagram feed shortcode was added. Could you try editing the page, going to the style settings for this widget, and setting its width to 100%? It should display like this afterward: https://a.supportally.com/i/3kfbH2

@edxd, you may also want to check on the width settings for the column, container, or widget where you have added the shortcode for the Instagram feed. If you could send me a link to the page where you are displaying the feed, I’d also be happy to check if I can identify any issues there.

    Best regards,
    Louis

    Hi Melanie,

You’re very welcome, I’m glad to hear that helped! If you ever need any other assistance in the future, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Louis

I am having the same problem with the same symptoms.
Sometimes when I open the site, it displays correctly, but when I refresh it, it does not display correctly.
When I stretch or shrink the size of the screen, it displays normally.

    Hey @sonicat0521,

Thank you for reaching out. Since this is a resolved thread, please reach out via our support form or create a new thread. I will also offer some thoughts on your issue here of course:

It sounds like when reloading your site the site is not properly initializing the plugin. Test going to Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced and enable AJAX Theme loading fix.

You may also have optimizations on the site causing conflicts. Our support team would be happy to dig further into this through our support form here.

    Best regards,
    Joel
