Images not displaying, text not aligned

I’ve FINALLY managed to get the plugin working so that achievements are awarded, but now I have another problem. The featured image doesn’t seem to be working.
Not only that, when I view the achievement under my buddypress profile, it looks really unattractive and out of alignment.
If I can get these issues resolved soon then I’m going to have use an alternative plugin.
