    Hi @markpack,
    I’m sorry to hear you’re running into issues with the plugin. I can see the missing images on your site but was unable to recreate the issue on a test blog. I’m happy to troubleshoot a bit more. What version of the plugin and WordPress are you running?

    We have seen issues in the past with certain themes not working well with Embed. As a quick solution to get you up and running again, you might have better success by generating the Embed code from the Getty Images website. There are two snippets available (standard and legacy) for you to try.

    Thanks for that speedy reply. I’m on plugin v3.0.9 and WordPress 4.9.8.

    I’m testing with the same and can’t reproduce the issue. Did you have any luck generating the Embed code from the website?

    Yup, the embed code from the website does work – thanks. Be great if the plugin could too as that’s so much more convenient!
