    This is a post that was published after installing the plugin. None of the images are visible. Tried opening another post that was published last week, and the images aren’t loading yet again.

    P.S: When I’m logged in to WP, I can see the images under edit mode, but not when I try to open the link (same browser, different browser, incognito etc)

    Hi @narayananh,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I checked the page you provided and can see you have Jetpack’s CDN enabled, which also comes with an image optimization feature. This may be causing a conflict with Smush. Could you please try deactivating the image optimization setting from Jetpack, clear any site cache(page caching) and recheck?

    Hi @wpmudev-support9,

    Thanks for your quick response. I deactivated Jetpack’s CDN and it still didn’t work. Then I deactivated Lazy Load within the Smush plugin and now the images are loading fine.

    Is there a permanent fix to this issue?

    First of all, sorry for the delay here.

    The Jetpack also has the Lazy Load feature, had you disabled it too or only the CDN?
