Images Not Pulling to Content Cards

Hello. Content cards is an awesome plugin but it suddenly stopped working. Can this be fixed?

The titles are being pulled into the content card, but the images are not.

I need to know if this will this be fixed. Otherwise, I have to redesign several articles.
