@mongobread – Most of the spacing issues we have seen that are similar to CyberPK’s solution are due to hosting environments.

As it is, @cyberpk, please start your own topic so we can try to help you with your specific issue on your specific site.

    See https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post

You are also welcome to send us a Bug Report (https://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

We may need temporary log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation, please consider those for your Bug Report, too.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.

Pretty lame answer… It isn’t the host: before the july update I had no problem.
Study the html5 before answering so bad. Maybe using only the w3c validator (https://validator.w3.org) can help you recognize your mistake: “Characters should be represented in NFC and spaces should be escaped as %20.”.

Copy my patch and send it to production!

Thank you @cyberpk and I’ll try that patch, much better option as I did and hopefully other users will use yours instead of my quick and dirty patch. Nice one.

@cyberpk & @mongobread – Since you are both referencing NextGEN Pro you should actually be sending these messages to our support team directly as these forums are for the support of plugins hosted in the WordPress plugins repository only.

    Thanks!

@mongobread – Have you tried clearing your browser cache, or an anonymous browser window to use the form?

@mongobread – We’re not getting reports of issues with our forms from any other sources, were you able to use it yet? Have you tried other browsers?

    – Cais.
