I understand the URL you shared is using an external featured image (which is not visible). I inspected the source code and I don’t see the featured image in there, which explains why CSS code doesn’t fix anything.

Do you have another URL to a post that’s using a regular featured image? I’d like to compare its source code with the first URL and confirm that images are not being actually inserted in the resulting page.

If that were the case, then we’d need to explore Avada and see how we can/should tweak it.

It looks like your theme is not using the WordPress function our plugin needs. If you send me a copy of your theme to customers at nelio software dot com, I’ll take a look at it and see if there’s anything I can do to help you.

We discussed how to make your theme compatible with our plugin in this other thread. Essentially, you need to tweak your CSS files:

div.post-thumbnail {
  width:100%;
}
div.post-thumbnail img.nelioefi {
  max-height:150px;
}
