images not showing

    i have uploaded the images and inserted the shortcake and for whatever reason can not get them to show. When I try to edit image, it always takes me back to a blank image in media files. Other plugins similar work fine, however I want the auto size that the plugin provides. I have even paid for the pro version. Any assistance would be appreciative.

  • Hi,
    It can happened for several reasons, for an example, conflicting with another plugin. Please deactivate all the plugins except for this one to see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, re-activate and test each plugin to see if you can determine which plugin the problem originates from.
